About Me

I have been photographing since I was a child, originally working with film. I used to belong to a club in Portland, ME where you could develop your own film and take classes. I even still have my original camera!

I moved to Maine when I was 12 from Maryland, however I was born in Memphis, TN. I enjoy tending to my chickens, reading, & tacos. My husband, our 4 children, 2 huskies, & 5 chickens currently live in Alfred, Maine.

I am all about letting kids be them crazy selves during sessions. I am experienced in working with kids with different abilities, and I can be the quiet observer. I do not put time limits on these sessions.

When there are kiddos present, I like to take the first few minutes of each session getting to know them and engaging them in the session, & even getting them to be my helper. Don't worry if they want photos are their cartwheels or of them throwing grass in the air, you aren't obligated to purchase every photo. But know some of the most prized photos are candids.
